The tour covered all the right sights in San Francisco. We had lived south of SF for years before moving away BUT we had never been to twin peaks! What a spectacular view of both the ocean and the bay with SF spread out below us. Our driver, Harold, was excellent - I never believed he could get that huge bus around in SF yet he did it so well and made the tour a great experience and I got to take pictures of the "painted ladies" victorians for my 6 year old granddaughter which she requested as a result of her watching Full House on TV. I've already recommended this tour to several friends.

A great introduction to the city - highlight was the coach driver guide who obviously loved the city and freely shared his knowledge and insights, and expertly drove the bus through many tight situations. Fantastic harbour cruise under the bridge and see the city from another perspective.

Tour was great,very informative. We loved all the places that were shown to us and loved the great ride!

I have visited SF twice, but this third time I decided to took the City Tour with Bay Cruise. It was awesome! The tour guide/driver was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the city. Even going to known places, I could learn something about this amazying city. The pick up and drop off service is something I really appreciated and the bus was comfortable. I only have good memories. I regret not taking the Alcatraz tour, but I will take it next time I am in SF.

Great tour - great guide I just wish I'd knew San Francisco is foggy in July, so was the Golden Gate bridge! :)

Everything from our pick up to the drop odd and in between was great. The driver/guide was fantastic. I changed motels several times and only needed to call them with the new address for pick up and they were most gracious to talk to.

Loved the tour. Was picked up at hotel at the exact time scheduled. Tour guide/driver was amusing, very knowledgeable, and definitely into showing us as much of the city as he could. Bay cruise was good too, especially since it was an absolutely beautiful day.

We had been to San Francisco before, but had not done a tour like this. We had the best time! Our guide was informative and very funny. I have mobility issues now and experience difficulty with stairs & walking, our tour guide made me feel very welcome & included and made sure to assist me when required. He certainly went the extra mile for me! Thank you

Fantastic tour! It's out first time ever in San Francisco city and was glad we took this tour. We loved to see the city, especially the Civic Center and the Golden Gate. We'd recommend this tour to anyone who wanted to see the beauty of this city without being lost and missed special attractions that you needed to see

Great tour to see the San Francisco sights without having to drive. Driver was knowledgeable and funny.

It was great. We didn't have much time on this trip to site see, so taking the city tour was our best option to see as much of the city as we could. The bus driver was great, we really enjoyed him as our tour guide.

Great bus tour around the main sight seeing in San Francisco. I was worried that our last minute pick for the tour would be a bad experience but it end it up great. However 11 am tour was fully booked so the pushed us to 2 pm. When tour ended traffic got heavy and started to get dark so se couldn't go back to the spots we wanted to see more. The bus driver Tony and the bus guide Anthony did a GREAT job showing the best spots. He was funny and kind. It wasn't a open deck bus but this was better since SF is really cold and foggy so I would've hated sitting up in the cold. Only thing that did bother us is that our foreign visitor had hard time understanding Anthony's strong accent but not a big problem.

It was a blast and so interesting to see Angel Island and Alcatrez plus learn some of the history behind the bay. I would highly recommend to any one new to San Francisco to take the Bus Tour and the Bay Cruise.

I had an excellent tour City Tour and Harbor Cruise on November 2, 2011. The driver was very friendly and courteous and showed us some wonderful places with spectacular views.

Exceptionally good value, as the tour provides excellent commentary, complete with historical information, local insights, and general giggles. As it travels to many areas all around the city, Golden Gate Park, and across the bridge as well, it gets you to key locations which would take much time done alone. Recommend it without hesitation! Take it and enjoy!
